- Mazola was a resident advisor at a women's dorm with a soft spot for us; she let us get away with murder.
- Nodge made a lot of noise. He used to work for the government; now he's a househusband.
- Flem was a sourpuss, which was absolutely necessary for comedic balance. Good ol' Flem.
- Catfish was a Jewish fellow from Baltimore attending a West Virginia college. Everyone say "Oy! Deliverance!"
- Card Boy lived across the hall. He was a true fashion original who two-timed us by appearing in another comic strip.
- Kevin always had these crushes on women. It was kinda eerie. He's happily married now, and relatively well-adjusted.
- Dave wore black t-shirts and loved Metallica, Pink Floyd, and the Dead. He works for some window company now, I think.
- Ace, if he were in a singing group, would be known by screaming teens everywhere as the "Really Bad Backstreet Boy." He's on his second marriage now.
- Mick was this guy who smoked a lot and drank too much coffee.
